Her commitment to making a positive impact extends to collaborations with Lady Gaga's non-profit organization, Born This Way Foundation, focusing on empowering youth and promoting mental health and emotional intelligence. Additionally, she has collaborated with the Yale Emotional Intelligence Committee to raise awareness in schools across America.
 

Having a decade-long presence in the beauty industry, Alexi has served as a Brand Ambassador for renowned companies such as the Japanese External Trade Organization, NARS, Perricone MD, Murad Skincare, Aveda, Soap & Glory, DERMA E, and Ipsy Box.
